Are one-page websites a thing? I kind of want to build one and center it around an OGads campaign just to see how it'll do (honestly though, I have no clue how to promote this website if I do it).

I'm thinking that's what a funnel is right? But I don't really want a funnel...anyone have any experience with this? Greatly appreciated!

You could call it a landing page or a squeeze page. They are common in affiliate marketing.

They tend to just be the first step in a funnel, however, so you might need a few extra steps behind it (if you are collecting information or making a direct sale).

Check out Click Funnels if that's what you're after.

Usually one page websites are used for portfolio websites or landing pages. So you decide if you can use it or not.

Ah. Click Funnels are super hit or miss tho ya?

Well, perhaps it'll work, maybe it won't. I know that OGads kind of require something like this, they don't want any direct linking.

In all honesty, I don't really care about big sales, I kinda wanna sell small stuff, like things for 2$ or less, and make a lot of them. I feel like with products that are relatively cheap, they would be easier to sell generally, and over maybe a smaller audience... but i'm so SEO dumb, I have no clue how to promote a website like this lol.

I'm trying to do something similar...
I need a page to sell a course or guide in pdf.

I don't know if I should try to make a funnel or a simple wix website or something...

One page websites are getting lots of popularity again the last few years. Check out onepagelove.com to see many amazing single page websites used in all different industries

You can use a one page website to convert traffic into affiliate money if you have a good traffic source.

Wix was also on my list. And see, I am hesitant to build a website on wix because it's not a top level domain. I mean, maybe I should try it anyway, I haven't been effective in getting affiliate sales, and I really want to try the one page deal and just see if I can get those to convert.

I will look that up, thanks!

I think facebook ads are a thing...SEO is good, I don't know anything about any of those. I thought about buying traffic in the past just to "age" the website a little bit, but I heard that paid traffic is just horrible. I don't know, what do you think?

I'm thinking about just tossing up a one page simple email submit and measuring the analytics to a clickbank sale or something just to see if I can get the traffic.

I have a little expenditure time on my hands...I wanted to spend some time maybe building one page websites, just to practice getting traffic, then spend some times worrying about getting sales and conversions later. Or is that just dumb?

My plan is to do something similar as well. For me the idea of building up a blog sounds so boring. I want to get into something that I can test out quicker. Some companies I have been looking into actually offer landing page services. Here are the ones I have been looking at below:

Click Funnels

I had heard of Builderall before, and doing some research from advise above, I saw click funnels too. I forget the gentleman's name, but he's a pretty popular affiliate marketer and has a reasonably sized youtube video. He is offering an alternative to the paid clickfunnels, his is free, so I'd like to check out what he's doing.

I will definitely be on the lookout for that video. If we find it we should let everyone know!
