Instagram automation is really hard now, You need high quality 4g proxies and high quality accounts to run it smoothly and the pv numbers should be from the same country as your proxies to increase the trust score.
It's too much of a hassle, manual growth is way to go now
You should hire a guy to do this manually if you are growing a brand or a client account
I pay $32/month for manual growth of 1 account

I'm also searching for a good setup for jarvee, do you think i can create a 4g proxy from my phone and put it on jarvee ? the limitations for a fresh account are 200 follow/unfollow or 200 each a day ? 20 F/U per hour or each ?

I dont think that's worth it, with squidproxy setup you have to keep your computer turned on 24/7

Why don't you install it on a Windows VPS?
