Is leaseweb.com bullet-proof for XRumer?

Well, they are located in the netherlands, so I have the hope, they won't cry if I use XRumer and do not use proxies. Anybody having experience with them? Or is there any vps which is HALFWAY safe? Forum-spam is not email spam and it is just the decision of the provider I think if they make trouble or not.

Being located in the Netherlands myself I'd say dutch hosting providers normally are like 'as long as you're not exceeding your bandwidth we're fine'. Most of them don't 'scan' their servers on people using things like XRumer, but they most of the time do take complaints from other people seriously (more than most foreign hosting providers). I've got no experience with leaseweb however, they're one of the bigger hosting companies in Holland, I've seen a lot of ads promoting their services recently. I believe most of their clients are companies, since I've seen most of their ads in magazines for start-ups etc., this might mean you'll easily pop up under their radar.

no they are not bullet proof for xrumer
if they receive abuses your vps or server will be suspended

I'm actually on a 7 day trial with Shinjiru. Pretty slow speeds. They upload data to my home in US @ 170kb/s tops.. Their local download speed is pretty quick, but nothing to be ecstatic about. Their servers are located in Malaysia and Singapore, as well as Japan. Japan's datacenter is top notch and super quick, but I wouldn't put my blackhat stuff on it, because of the location. You're better off with Malaysia or Singapore.. Support is great. They are hard workers, but I'm not sure if they meet my needs for a fast enough seedbox.

Some of their servers are running Redhat 4 with Fedora Core 8.. which is old and have depency problems. Not all servers have option to install windows either so yeah..

I'm still looking. I'm dying to find affordable, yet reliable offshore hosting which will allow public torrents and whatever else I wanna put on it.

How did WRZhost.com work out? Anybody use it? PLEASE let me know.

Leaseweb was hosting or is hosting, all the torrent sites until recently they got their ass sued off so yeah, they are not exactly business company hosting. also many pharma sites there in safehaven, and i presume animal sex aswell as its legal in NL, so your xrumer would be in best company...
