just make up a name, and basically define it as a mixture of techniques - explaining that in 2020 internet marketers don’t want to be defined by a naming convention, or to feel restricted to what techniques they can and cannot use. No Hat & Test-Hat

No-Hat = These guys care only about results and ROI. They don't make SEO into a religion and don't identify themselves with any particular SEO technique.

Test-Hat = Similar to no-hat, however, they tend to stick to something once they find out it works. No-hat is always on the lookout for new exploit.
