For example - If my name was in the description of a Youtube Video that racked up 200,000 views...

What if my name was taken out of the description?

Would the Youtube Video then NOT show up when my name is searched in Google?

If so, how long would it take for this effect in Google to occur?

It depends on what kind of video and the traffic the keyword bring. If the name is pretty much not related to that video then I don't think it is a problem. And if you change the description, and it is highly relevant, then you will have positive impact in ranking.

I don't think you understand sorry. I want to get the name out of the description. So it doesn't show up when it's googled on the search engine. Is this possible?

No it is not permanent. Every change is reindexed within a few hours especially if it has or is getting lots of views.

Once you edit it out, it should be removed quite fast and shouldn't appear in search results.

I can't edit it out. Its someone else's video/video description and they won't edit it out.

Ok then pls answer this: The video has been getting lots of engagement which has made it keep climbing the search engine rankings

BUT... if it gets low activity a week from now... will it further go down the rankings due to minimal activity/engagement?
