I just created a non-English website about government , because my website is still new, i start with targeting low competition keyword, for keyword research i used
- Google Suggest
- Google Trend
i do not use keyword tool, because they say that the keyword does not have traffic, but in google trend it has.
before i craft a content, i must make sure that the keyword has stable search querry using google trend,

then i analyze the competition and search result. if there is more than 2 content that does not answer the querry right on point, or the content are low quality, then i will create the articles.

I start my website on 28 December 2019, and i today 22 January 2020 i have written
-26 Low Competition Articles
- 4 fair competition

when i start, my average rank is #60, and in 20 days my average rank is #11

i do some low quality link building, but not much, today there are still 4 reffering domain that indexed in GSC.

the traffic is pretty low,
it get about 50 UV per day.

i think it still pretty good for 3 weeks old blog.

average word count maybe about 900 words per post. and my plan is using adsense, and i wanna sell some product or maybe affiliate... but i'm not monetize it yet, maybe i will wait until i get 1k-2k PV per day,

I didn't ask for your keyword, I just wanted an example, but thanks anyway.
