Few questions.. Why no more than 16 upvotes? Is there any bot out there like riseist (or does anyone has a link for cracked version? What was the algorithm change for quora?

That was just the amount of votes he needed for his example. The top answer in that example had 14 upvotes, so he didn't need more than 15-16 upvotes, so he stopped the campaign.

That's what I figure. I just thought there could be another reason. Like quora would actually remove these upvotes if more than 16... But thank you for confirming.

No, sorry. I don't have any insight into Quora stuff, but I found a nice article about Quora marketing while trying to find something about some algorithm changes, you mentioned.

Quora is a Goldmine if you know how to use it.

This is a full-blown Guide about Gaining exposure and Making money from Quora.

step: 1-

Open Quora ads manager
Click on "Create Campaign"

​

Chose your Objective as "Traffic" and Proceed.

​

Then select "Question Targeting" as your Primary Targeting.

Don't add anything into "Location Targeting"

​

Now click "Add Questions" in the "Target Questions" section.

​

Now, enter at most 3 target keywords and click "Submit"

​

You will get the following suggestions-

Now, if a question has weekly views between 1,000 - 3,0000
It's good to go.

We will take this question as an example - "Why should I save money?"

Now click on the question to be redirected to the place where all the answers are available.

For this question,

Total Answers - 12

Top answer views and upvotes - 1.3k views & 14 upvotes [0.01% upvote/view]

How can your answer rank #1 here?

Just get more than 1.3k views and more than 14 upvotes on your answer.

step: 2-

Writing the Content-

Go to Reddit, find something with a lot of upvotes.

Then rewrite the whole article or post.

Use a lot of images, videos, and infographics.

Your content is ready.



step:3 -

Go to a traffic exchange website like, 10khits.

You will get some signup bonus, 100 visits.

Make 15 more accounts on different websites, there are plenty of these.

Or, you can buy 50k visits for $10.

At the end - 1.5k views [done]


step: 4 -

You will need at least 15 upvotes to rank #1

Go to microworkers, there you can get 15 upvotes for super cheap.

Select region - Asia & Africa

Campaign - Promotion ---> Rate or Vote

Speed- not more than 100

Adjust the speed according to the traffic you are getting, you can change the campaign speed whenever you want.

You have to start with at least 30 tasks, but once you have 15 upvotes, just stop the campaign.

Don't do more than 16.

I have using Quora for more then a month. It is a great platform to generate traffic and quality leads.
I used it to promote my personal service. I made almost $420 in a week. I was top writer in 3-4 topics. Total I have generated 104 leads and 23% of those converted.

From last week I am trying OP's method. I ranked for a question on 2nd position. I sent traffic to my answer and given upvotes through different accounts.

Here are metrics:
Rank 1 answer: 12.2k views 8 Upvotes
My answer: 12.8k views 11 Upvotes.

I waited 1 day to see changes but My answer won't move. I sent two types of traffic. One was of 30 sec visit and other was of 5-10 min visit.
Yes. Session duration does affect ranking.

So clearly there is something else to rank on first position.

I use main account on my phone only (4G data)
Other accounts I use on VPN (Nord). Shadowban gets when I use same url/same words in answer frequently.

It is actually a good advice. Warming up is always a good practice which alot of people don't follow nowadays... Instant gratification syndrome

I think they have own antifraud algorithm based on quality of votes and time frame of user activity. If it is not standard, they ignore it.
