Wordpress Question: Bimber Theme

This is the only section of website that has Wordpress as a sub-cat. Is there any Video or regular Tutorials that show how to add a Category on the Bimber theme for wordpress? Been quite sometime since I used wordpress fully. Because I'm not finding it. I goo the question and still don't get answer.

Any help would be appreciated guys & gals.

Category to put articles in. I have over 50 and wrote over 7000 words for their descriptions.

It's shitty you have to pay for support. No thanks. That should be covered for life when you buy theme.
