If you dont know what to look, its better to just buy domains from domain brokers (from $15 to ... no max, really) otherwise the chances are you will waste your time and penalize your website.

Congratulations, you just discover the PBNs. Yes, can help you out, but same as the above - if you do not know what you are doing, better to hire someone to do it for you, or just buy links directly. Otherwise you will waste your time and money.

Let’s say that i found expired domains in my country with millions/hundreeds of thousands of BL that i am able to buy them cheap. (Just expired and available for purchasing).

But i don’t know What is more important. BL or DP?

BL means "backlinks" -> the number of total links the domain have. However whats important is how many links from unique domains you have and this is the DP (commonly called RD). So DP is whats important, BL is completely useless metric for you. Fair warning - all those domains are spammed to death. If you think that you can find clean, good domains with "millions" of links in expireddomains... well, you cannot.

I'm new to this, but when buying an expired domain, consider these factors: Backlinks (BL) quality and relevance. Domain authority (DA) and PageRank (PR). Trust flow and citation flow. Spam score. Domain age. History and reputation. A well-chosen domain can boost your rankings.
