Is this just another ban cycle?

I've been hearing from a lot of people using bots that instagram has been harsh and has been banning and action blocking tons of accounts for doing less than 200 follow actions a day and even less than 200 likes a day... What's going on? Over the years, there's always a little bit of a cycle on this, but this one is affecting reallly small actions...

I'm also thinking this isn't a big deal, since nobody has been posting anything on this forum. Do you guys have any intel on this?

By the way, are there any other communities that talk about these things? Could someone DM me or post?

This cycle is going on since 2018 ... They now changing more often to make it extremely challenging for anyone who automate

There’s always a cycle on this but they just make new bots that do different actions
