Need help paypal temp limited

Hello my oaypal got temp limited I think because it detected that sales got up high Im dropshipping aliexpress to ebay. now i have 500$ and cant withdraw or send. It's asking me for receipt from supplier but I can't provide. Also the item I sell on ebay has different item name from which I dropship from aliexpress. so I cant just take a screenshot of the orders I made?

It would be best if you'd call them via toll-free number and tell them everything then maybe they could suggest something for your case.

You are prob limited in 21 day increments right now. They will release the sale after 21 days passed unless you can provide proof of receipt of the goods with tracking numbers of the package.
How old is the account?

PayPal will do this for 60 days total, after 60 days is up you will be fully verified and no longer have 21 day holds. No way around it except tracking numbers to prove goods were shipped/received.

oh ok what is the product you bought?
what did you list it as? you said you put a different item name so im assuming youre selling knock offs/fakes, but if not just say what was bought ans what it was listed as.

They want a receipt to make sure you arent selling fakes most likely. Anyway you can certainly contact the supplier on aliexpress and get a receipt just email them

Bought on Original i9000 TWS Sensor Inteligente Wireless Earphone Touch Control 8D Super Bass Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds pk W1 i10000 i500 TWS

Because thats the copy for the Airpods 2nd gen as it lists on my ebay it says copy. not original.
but now ebay asking for proof of address? also name need to be changed on ebay cause I put my nickname but I will send them my real id
also in paypal now asking me only to provide positive review from 4 transactions ebay but its only on its way not yet arrived. I provided them with tracking already but only in transit.

Ok yea, they want the product listed as what it is probably, email aliexpress and get the receipts.
Then send in proof of address etc, simple enough unless its a fake account otherwise time for a new one i guess
