Yes, indeed. So you can proceed to message them and convert them as leads on your CRM. You can also email them if you want, but I believe the best way is to:
1.- Import contacts to your Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or so.
2.- Import contacts to Linkedin.
3.- Message them to get to know them and give offer.
4.- Convert.
