yea, GTA , BF4 on PS4 but somehow I spend more time in front of com doing work . Always trying to push for traffic .

perhaps another reason, due to age. Last time when I was a teen enjoying playing video games whole day , nothing to worry

when one grow up , somehow or what you tend to have this mix feeling of guilty while playing video games like wasting the time but naturally you seem can't play whole day.
Due to things need to be done etc.

Playing games is honestly waist of time, use the time to get to the point you wanna get, games are huge distraction.
Someone would use the excuse, its for resting, but buy playing game you are not really relaxing and taking a nice break.

yea it does give distraction, while doing your work , brain does will think should I go play for a while just to take a break?
who knows u spend the time wasted instead can do more stuffs for your work.

nevertheless , I just take it a break , from computer but come gaming at most I just spend 2 hours .

come weekend if nothing much to be done will just play longer a bit at most 3 hours or so

end of the day kinda nature u tend not say enjoyable playing or naturally will stop it can't play long
once you grow up towards mid 30 + and above.

I am by no mean a proponent of playing video games all day long. But still you simply cannot say that this is time waste. Who says what is time waste and what isnt? Its all subjective, when people really enjoy playing video games, it aint „time waste“. There are many people out there, i guess you including, who have other visions and plans for their future, so for you it might be time waste, but as i said, thats all subjective and depends on the person.
I guess you would say working and hustling all day to someday be wealthy is ur purpose in life, so everything that distracts you from doing this will be called time waste from you.
Now imagine other people whose purpose in life is just having fun for the moment. Or helping other people. Or people who arent attracted by expensive shit, and all they want in their live is to find their soulmate or having good friends to have a laugh with. For those people, its time waste to work and hustle all day just to get more money.

its all subjective. You simply cannot tell that something is time waste, when its time waste FOR YOU.

I play a mobile phone game called Critical Ops. Online FPS multiplayer game, basically a slightly modernised Counter Strike. Good game for guys like me who are only half in the gaming hobby nowadays.​

if you're good at it you can offer coaching on fiverr, i remmber seeing a famous youtuber trying this in a video, he hired a pro lol player and charged him 60$ per hour to teach him some basics
