After restart the same problem.

Yeah, that's a problem, but could be worse, you could lost for example your nude photos or something terrible like this but after couple of days of trying to find them, when you finally accept that you lost them forever and said to yourself "fuck it, they were good anyway" and than magically you would find them in the most unexpected place * so don't worry, don't lose hope, everything will work out

Yesterday I set it to Ultra Fast Boot, and I couldn't enter BIOS anymore

I sorta kinda managed to open BIOS again and disable the ultra fast boot.

By the way, it seems that now I only have this as boot option:

#1 Windows boot manager (ADATA SX8200PNP)

I assume it's because I moved the SSD last night in a different slot.

Here's what I had before:

One thing mentioned before.

My boot options are like this:

#1 Windows boot manager (ADATA SX8200PNP)
#2 NVME: ADATA SX8200PNP

If i switch them, restarting still doesnt work.

And if i turn the computer off and on again, it doesnt load windows. It takes me to a page the reads:

Reboot and select proper boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

If i press a key, it just repeats that message.

Which i find weird why it behaves like this, but what do i know.

I'm gonna shut down my other computer and take the GPU out of it and test it.

Check in manual what 5 beeps on boot means.

I looked into it a bit, and it seems most people that experience it put in ryzen but are not aware they need an extra gpu to make it run, and that's why it happens. So GPU related, or lack of GPU.

Anyway I'll test my other GPU in a few minutes and we'll see how it goes...

if so, try doing it with the VGA or hdmi or whatever on the mother board and install drivers

I don't think so. In fact, the other GPU that I used to test, I also bought that one from him.

I hate GPUs...

Well, yeah. I always boot with the monitor connected to the GPU.

It won't work with the VGA on the motherboard because I have Ryzen, and Ryzen requires an additional GPU in order to work :/

Actually, for this new GPU I have to use a DVI-D to VGA converter because my new GPU has no VGA slot. Do you think maybe the monitor... like... maybe that connection there is what fucks up on the restart?

Shit... SHIT!! It's not the card, it's fucking DVI connector!!!

My old GPU also has a DVI slot, so connected the VGA cable to the DVI adapter and plugged it into the GPU. I turned on the computer, it showed fine. But then I restarted it, and THE SAME PROBLEM!

It's not even a faulty GPU, it's this connection shit!!!

If I plug my old GPU and put in the VGA cable, everything works even after restart.

However, if I plug the DVI-D to VGA converter in the new GPU, it won't work after restart. And I tried both the DVI-D and the DVI-I slot no the GPU, and both exhibit the same behavior. I get screen if I turn on the computer, but no screen if I do a restart.

But I tried it with my old GPU plugged in.

Monitor - a more recent piece of crap than the other monitor which is a very old piece of crap (both monitors only have VGA slot)

VGA cable going from monitor into DVI-D adapter, then DVI-D plug going into GPU's DVI-D slot

Computer started fine...

Computer restarted... fine...

Fuck you monitor! I'll fucking kill you!

Ok. So the monitor I had issues with probably didn't wanna fully cooperate with the DVI.

I took the "problematic" monitor and put it on my other computer. The other computer is VGA to VGA cable. I restarted the computer, and I have screen on the monitor no problem

Well, I'm exaggerating on the no problem. The screen has a light-blue look to it. Not very pleasant on the eyes. Gotta play with the monitor or my windows screen brightness crap to adjust it, because it's unbearable to look at the way it is now

I'll do that, then back to the new computer, we gonna make love now

So I'm playing around with this monitor. It has RGB settings.

9300K the monitor is normal-ish.

6500K it's fucking green

sRGB it's fucking lighter green

And there's also custom colors I can adjust.

Anyway I'll leave it at 9300k, it's.. um.. livable.. i can live with it.

Ok guys, I still have to actually put things as they were in the computer. Remember I moved SSD to a different slots, and removed RAMs and put in a different older smaller Ram, and removed the USB and RGB cables from the CPU.

I'm gonna test the computer one more time on the restart as is, and if it's ok then I'll proceed to put everything back the way it's meant to be. And I'll test it with every component/cable I plug in. Really step by step careful.

I consider everything from this point on clear skies smooth flying, but, well, we'll see...
