Schema vs GeneratePress??

Good day to fellow members!

I am planning to start an amazon affiliate website and searching for a good theme. After doing some online research finally, it came down to Schema (MTS) and GeneratePress themes. I would like to know which one is better out of these 2 for the affiliate website. Your recommendations are most welcome.

Can’t go wrong with generatepress either.


I think it just comes down to preference but those 3 are all great options

Especially now since they offer pre-made websites for all the major website builders on the market today.

Never used Astra but heard good things about it. GeneratePress and Rehub are good themes that can be used for affiliate sites.

I myself only had bad experiences with mts, i cant give an honest review on the schema theme, as i have not used it or tested it myself. But since the problems I had with MTS, I've stayed away from them. I like generatepress a lot, astra is also a very good choice.

Featured image for generatepress is aligned to the left. I wonder why they did not code it to be centralised. That is the only issue I have with the theme otherwise I love it.

You can customize it the way you want, Left, Right, or Centered. Using GeneratePress for more than 2 Years and totally loving it.

I believe you have coding knowledge. I don't have coding knowledge. I Google how to fix it but did not succeed in fixing it. So I am thinking of changing the theme as I don't like images just aligning to the left. They should just do the proper thing instead of leaving it for theme users to fix

I think you're using the Free Version of the theme, right?

In this case, you should head to Customize > Layout > Blog and you will see the "Featured Images" Section there and you can modify the options to suit your blog needs.

For me customize>layout >blog>Content type . i did not see featured images there. Any solution?

I've used Generate Press and Astra, and both are good. They are like empty shells prepared for theme builders. Astra + Elementor Pro works great in my opinion.

I'm currently using schema but might take a look at astra it has a ton of temples any recommendations for onces which work well for Amazon affiliate blogs ?
