Forgive my curiosity: there's a trend to write "add me on Skype" here, and I am trying to find out why.
If you continue in DMs here, you're very well protected by the shitlist mechanism BHW offers, on Skype nobody has your back. What advantages does Skype offer that make it a better dealing place?
But to your point: I'm afraid you will get little to nothing in terms of a serious offer, PBNs are not such a thing in Germany, except those that are really private. Consider opening up to English-language blogs: if the context fits, the link power will work just as well.
PS how should anyone add you on Skype if you don't give your exact Skype name?

Not perfectly on topic but I would recommend you to check your competitors websites with a hidden backlink checker. I doubt that they use PBNs.

I too prefer to deal in Skype, than constantly refreshing waiting for new message here.
