Best content locker cpa networks?

I applied at OGads and got accepted, but I've heard of people not getting accepted.
I think all you really need is a good Instagram account, because that's all I have. In fact, when they asked for my contact locking site I said "I don't have one, but I know how to make a website."
That being said, OGads seems like a good platform with a lot of resources and good support.

I personally start with OGAds and then switch to CPABuild, with a slightly better EPC and the ability to use their landing page directly. Anyway, you should test your traffic on different networks and see how it goes. My opinion is that OGAds perform better with mobile traffic and T2-T3 traffic, and CPABUild performs better with T1 traffic and mobile/desktop.
About being accepted in different CPA networks, you should always try to contact an affiliate manager of the network before sign-up and explain how you plan to promote. Even if you don't have past earning, your chance to be accepted will be 99%.

Thank you for the comparison! With content lockers would you recommend putting survey offers in the locker or app installs?

OGAds I think it is the best for all traffic tiers, so I think it is overall the best platform for content-locking.

Depends on which offers you have available. I get app installs for $1.40 for some, while the average is around $0.60

Hey, ofc you can only ask for my personal opinion on this, but it comes from a long-year experience of using such networks, as I'm mainly focussed on content locking.
For CPI/global mobile traffic : OGAds
For maybe more difficult to convert offers but generally nice payouts in pin/credit card/email submit area (+amazing support always available): Adludum
Honorable mentions are also AWM and CPAGrip, Aragon-Advertising, and a few others but I feel like with the two networks above you can reach the real value of the offer the best.
For example if an offer is worth $20 (the network receives it) then the cut they will give you is sometimes close to even 90% so they barely take anything for themselves which is nice.
Networks I feel like are not doing well are CPALead and CPABuild, first completely vanished in online presence and support and is not providing up-to-date offers and the second one is basically just picking offers from other networks, so why not use those in first place

I came across this old thread while researching content locking networks, and I noticed a lot of mentions of OGAds and CPABuild. Both are great options for specific traffic types—OGAds works well for mobile-heavy traffic, and CPABuild has solid tools for building landing pages.
That said, I’ve recently started using AdMaven, and while it’s not strictly a content-locking network, their ad formats like push notifications and pop-ups can work really well alongside lockers. It’s been a good addition for monetizing traffic that doesn’t convert directly on CPA offers.
