can i verify my new uk business pp account with a usa vba, or any other country as its just a ba to verufy pp and pp cant tell that its a bank from somwhere else?

or if not does anyone know any vendors on here that sell cheap vba or normal baccount, tried looking but couldn't find anything ?

Ive never tried so cant say for sure. Just phone up anonymously and ask paypal support the question

unfortunately, some of their reps have no real knowledge if it will work or not.

Are you sure you can add Revolut card to your PP account? because last time I tried, I failed; same thing happened to Wirex.
