C'mon this is not even a question mate.. why will they have a problem..
if the website is not impersonating the similar name, taking advantage of its brand value in anyway, nor if its in the similar business model then I dont see you getting in any trouble. Also the word "Idea" is not really a name to begin with. Its just that Aditya Birla built something using that word.

Idea is a very generic word, so i don't think you'll have a problem combing it with another word. Also, we have no idea what and or how copyright rules apply in your country and if Icaan has a jurisdiction there.

You can NOT use someone else’s trademark in your domain name (if it’s trademarked, which you can find out by doing an online search at the USPTO website) without running the risk of your getting legally challenged (typically a cease and desist notice) with a trademark protective lawsuit following if they are serious or if they feel your business might pose a problem. Google is notorious for protecting their trademarks rigorously.

100% correct. I’ve been on both sides of the equation and the one thing all of these disputes has in conmen: They are extremely costly! Just move with caution and evaluate your risk.
