PayPal - I cannot log in (old phone number)

Hello,

I cannot log in to my fake PayPal account to withdraw money.
While signing up I put some random phone no. and now when I log in they want me to fill in the text message sent on that number.
Message sent on my e-mail address is okay and I can verify also through it but it's 2-step verification and the phone text problem remains.

Is it the only way to call PayPal customer support? Account owner it's not the real person so I don't know how to resolve this issue.

Anyone can help with that ?

To be honest, I would not recommend you using fake documents. It's against the BHW terms anyway. I don't think just calling paypal will help either. Learn from your mistake and move on. Perhaps tell your clients to charge back and pay you again.

I understand, but I cannot allow to hold there nearly 1000$ so I have to make some move.
From that what I read, people call to their Customer Service and confirm the address, personal information etc. and the access is given. Why do you doubt that this will not help?

That is because PP customer support can be a piece of shit. By all means, try it out and see what happens. Alternatively, try posting in Hire A Freelancer and see if someone is able to do it for you. Otherwise, $1000 gone dude.

Thanks for the info. Could you please tell where would be the best to ask for the freelancer?
And how do I know if when he grant an access to account he will not withdraw my money to his own account?

They will ask for full info, maybe if you provide full info they will give you access somehow but i doubt it they will give it that easily, goodluck anyways.

But I have access to the email that I entered when creating the account...only the phone number does not match (this number doesn't event exist, I tapped it in randomly)...

Then you have nothing to lose, try to contact them and tell you entered wrong number there, that's it.
