Create an opt-in email list from non-opt-in emails

Hello,

The question is in the title: What are the best ways to get opt-in emails from non opt-in emails?

I have a list of emails that are targeted and relevant for my business. I am quite sure they are interested in what I sell. I can reach out to them through a dedicated IP that has a good reputation. I won’t send too many emails daily. What would be the landing page and content of the email? Would it be very spammy if I do a contest to get free products where people have to opt in to join the contest?

the answer for your title even i do same for my list to avoid spam traps and other invalid mails and verification bulkemailcleaner.com .. I like these guys cause your list is cleaned in stage wise and i also recommend running the process on RDP cause verification is not quick thing it takes hours and hours.

That depends on your niche. If you're selling compliance softwares for banks, it doesn't apply much.

Is it a business to business niche ? Or consumer goods ?

It is a physical B2C product. Price is between 50 to 100USD. It is a legit good product.
