While I was sending emails, outlook out of nowhere asked me for phone verification. Now, I have used my phone number many times and these free SMS sites don't work anymore. Any free alternatives?

Free service no longer works. go here - 5sim.net/free (they change their numbers frequently - if you use fast enough, you might be able to use)
