Warmed up accs vs new ones

So, lately I've set an aim to earn a penny with CPA deals in bh.

I've created maybe ten websites, ran some advertisements, got banned, but had some impressions, and still don't wanna give up that precious experience. I've heard that new google algorithms are making that market much more difficult, which I see as an opportunity, as I know that many competitors left the market (which makes it even more difficult) or gone diversifying, so there must be a plenty of space.

I've tried accounts that have whitehat campaign running, I've tried aged accounts, I've tried blank accounts and accounts with MCC. The first two seemed to me like less hustle to go and I didn't know at this point that I could use blank accounts to warm them up myself.

Let's assume I have unlimited payment method available and limited supply of aged and running whitehat accounts. Right now I cannot start anything as there no fitting accounts are available.

Is there a point in trying to warm up blank accounts on future bh domains if it's content quality and overall look is fine?

The ones, that have account data set in and been created at least few days ago with no spent money at all.

MCC is my client center, where you can manage multiple Adwords account under just one credentials and switch between them dynamically.

Yes , it will help you out . Aged accounts with a WH camp running and some money spend on them are always better then new ones as they have already passed the initial review.

But is there any point in going in with blank account with no history at all. If I will have fine website with not totally copy-past content and that seems legit, will it mean that I could run my campaigns still, but it will just take more time to get going past moderations?

Try to pause the Desktop traffic when you initially launch WH camp in new accounts , when the ad-copies are approved and getting clicks / Impressions you can open the desktop traffic too.

Account history will help you with adding payment method successfully and spending will help you getting BH ads approved...

Nowadays whitehat are running smoothly without issues. Most probably the card you are using is flagged. Flagged cards may get accepted in the billing as payment method, but with flagged card (bin), accounts get suspended fast (instantly or within 48 hours

That sounds about right, but probably not the cause. this was a completly new card that newer had been used before.

also it might have something with wrong currency to do aswell, the card was issued in another country, by a bank in that country, so when i tried to setup an account in another country & with another currency i guess the old goo just got suspisious.

Did you got any mail from google, for the reason of suspension? Did you got suspended for suspicious billing activity or advertising policies?

Why was the account suspended?

You can contact the adwords staff to verify the account and reactive it. Last year I have reactive more than 3 accounts and all case is suspicious billing activity.
