How has it changed your lifestyle?

Pretty Crazily!

I have built up couple of companies & trying to do better with my leadership skills. I have bought pretty fancy cars & a house which is lovely enough to spend rest of my life there.

The idea is to keep testing & scaling whatever method works for me. I'll write a thorough update shortly. There have been couple hundred ups & downs during this time so I'll write about them.

I have some questions about profit margin?

- FBA took almost 40% of selling price if your product is 15 - 20 dollars
- Defeat rate is arround 1-2 %
- PPC advertising is major problem, if you put 25% into ppc per product

You need 80% gross profit to cover all and you will got 10-15% net profit.

How to find products with 80% profit ?

I don't have any insurance. I always keep receiving complaints - its common! Sometimes competitors are doing it - sometimes they are real!

Hi there mate, Hope your doing well!

My products are ranging in all price ranges. Normally a product that I sell for 20$ - I never spend more than 3-4$ on each unit & then rest of the funds I could use for ads & similar. I never sell anything if I am not making 100% profits around it. Lets say I buy one product for 4$ & sell for 20$. Lets say 2-3$ is FBA fee. 2-3$ is ads cost.. I still get able to get more than 8-9 USD back in my bank.

The better I research - the better profits margin I can hit. If I find something that is completely out of supplies - I can even sell it for 4X price & thats where the real money exists.

Its one of the most complicated part of all this model but the idea is to submit everything you can get - the plan of action, invoices & letter of authorizations. Real works better but you can work them out as well.

Before, If you would tell Amazon that you sold this product by mistake & won't dropship or resell it again - they will reinstate you but now you definitely have to submit them all. Its more of luck now! Sometimes they would accept fake invoices in a minute & sometimes they will take forever & not approve the real invoices even. The structures or system of Amazon are really weird & hard to understand.

Just to avoid Amazon asking invoices - I later on started to sell products with no trademarks or started doing similar things which worked out well for me.
