I'm kinda new to SEO and still learning different stuff

However, for those who don't know the difference:

An aged domain is a domain no longer used by the domain buyer, but its hold by the register and not expired yet.
The domain could be sold by the owner or domain register services (usually by auction). It can be used and you can take advantage of its age and Off-Page SEO (backlinks).

An expired domain is a domain that has been already expired and you can register it normally. Most of the cases, the domain is deindexed, so it's used to redirect link juice.

However, what could be the best option depends on many factors:
  • If you could find an expired domain but still indexed, this could be the best option for you. So, you pick the domain before google notice that it has been expired. This is the cheapest way to go, but it's kinda hard and rare.
  • If you want the domain only for link juice and not going to use it, go with an expired domain
  • If you want to use the domain for your money site, go with an aged domain, but that requires extra work: check domain niche, go with same website structure or redirect old structure to make a new one.
I hope that could help you, you must make more little research so you can get a better look at the topic,
good luck!

An aged domain is those maintain their registration date.

Ok, I see your point. Generally full expired domains (not expiring), get a new "Created date" when you register them, although they preserve the first registration date which historically make sense.
In the eyes of SEO, a "new Created date" domain, will be hindered specially if you start linkbuilding. But if you have the sole purpose of buidling PBN without a big they are more or less the same specially if the expired domain is already indexed.

But I did not read that you were looking to use it for a money site.
The 2 is technically better, but may have some issues:
1. Some expiring/transferred domains (what you call aged domains), may have some hindrances. I've written about this in the past, and some people suggested me, to do for 3 or 4 months a full 404 in the whole domain so Google will "reset" it. (not sure if this work, I have not tested it). Then after the 404 period, you could use it as a "clean new domain" to start building on top while profiting of the already established reputation
2. Expired domains never have this hindrance. But you may face the sandbox like any other newly registered domain.
The only thing in common is that both preserve (theoretically) the reputation from incoming links.

So in conclusion, both have risks, but personally I will stick to the better metrics regardless of the option. From my point of view, both have the same flaws and risks that balance each other. I've been lucky and ranked in 1 week with an "aged domain", and it took like 1 year to rank a very costly 50 DR domain because of the hindrances I'm talking about (and still finding difficulties). In the expired domain part, it could take like 3 months to pass the sandbox, but then started ranking like mad (but still had to wait the 3 months of harshness like with any other newly created domain).

Pros and cons...

Expired domains could turn out to be a real gem. Check spam score and match up previous data using archive.

Thank you guys, now I know which money site option will I use. Maybe I should try both aged/expired domain and let's see which is a better result.

A huge number of space names get lapsed regular. So there are extraordinary open doors for you to get profited by purchasing terminated area names.

The space names get terminated when the website admin neglects to reestablish the area name, significantly after the 30-day expansion period.

When the area name sneaks out of the proprietor's control, it'll be proclaimed as terminated/dropped.

As a SEO blogger or a space name financial specialist, it's fundamental for you to understand the significance of terminated areas in developing your business.
