What kind of VCC are able to purchase with? Most require 3D secure also nowadays.

Localbitcoins is not anonymous at all, quite the contrary.

You can try buying over the counter like the want to buy section here on BHW

You can do it with fake documents, there is planty of those if you do a bit research but you have to be careful with these cause you can get caught easily

Buy steam gift cards from g2a.com digital or physical cards then sell them on paxful.com. I did it today with just a VPN, protonmail, and blockchain wallet. I didn't need to provide any i.d. or SMS verification. It takes less than 15mins. easy as.
