Accelerating IG growth on a big account - How to?

I have an IG of 111K followers and I am currently the biggest account in the world in my niche and people believe I am a brand. I have been approached by a businessman to buyout my account and become part of his business, which is a great opportunity. However, this won't happen until later this year so I want to grow my account as quickly as I can to add more value to it. Currently, I am getting 150-200 followers a day but I am wondering if there is a way to jump this up.

I don't want to do anything too blackhat which could jeopardise my position.

Build a secondary account to retrieve some of your actual followers
Use Ads to bring people who buy stuff in your niche and automatically they will follow you if you offer good content.
You can try Mother/Child service, but well, it’s expensive if you have nothing to sell

I'm happy to reinvest the money I receive from shoutouts which is around $200 a month. I could do more but I don't want to spam and risk appearing inauthentic.

Well that’s great, put 5$/day in Instagram advertising. Offer a product (ebook) on your bio, and you’ll build an email list (valuable if you sell later) + bring new people.
Or just share pictures to the targeted people (like people following your competition etc..)

Thanks I will try ads. I've already got an Ebook on my bio to get an email list. The list is about 800 people so far which isn't great compared to my IG following but I think I will promote that for a double bonus of new followers and new email adds.

100-200 per day is good if they are organic. I ha e over 100k accounts that dont get anywhere near that as organic followers.

Hashtags are the best way to grow right now. If you use the right ones, you can show up in the explore and top photos to a lot of people. DM me if you want more elaborate info.

M/S could really help you but it's a "black hat".
Sposorization are your best whitehat allied, you could buy some shoutout, or do collaborations with other profiles, this usually helps both.

If you have money to invest Instagram Ads aren't a bad option.

Will they increase your follower count / account sale price enough to offer you a return on your investment however? I am not so sure...

To be honest 150-200 organic followers a day isn't bad for an account of this size, may just be worth making sure content and hashtags are top notch and waiting for that payday!
