There are no acceptable flats. I stopped looking much alfor the time being. Busy putting together a new computer, also got a lot of work to do, and have to get some dental work done. Ill chill on the flat looking for another week or two, let the year kick in, then continue.

I fear all the real estate agents and builders are so useless and unprofessional that ill have to make my own building in order to get 50 feet of acceptable square meters

So here's a question for you. I made too many beans, no way I can eat them all now. I'm already on thin ice playing hide and seek with death with these 200 year old beans I ate.

What to do with the rest of them? Leave them on the stove for tomorrow? Put them in the fridge? Put them in water or drain any water from the pot?
