I need a bot to post messages via contact form, whatever the website's CMS/architecture/UX.
A few years back there was a thread with all the definition files to use SB as a form submitter (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/u...de-poster-as-a-contact-form-submitter.379864/) but the files are not there anymore.

Does someone master this, and can share how to do it?

I tried to use the learning mode once but it seems very tough to master, even with loopline videos.
And since I will need it to post on many different websites I guess it would be a pain in the butt to configure SB for this...

Thanks

You might wanna check gsa contact submitter.. While this should still be possible with SB, it would probably be alot easier to do it with that software (was for me).

Loopline should be able to help you here..

Thanks mate. Yep I know the GSA tool but it's a bit pricey and not sure it can post to all the platforms I am scraping.

Well that's weird I can't find the learning mode addon anymore in SB, did they remove it?

edit : it's ok I saw that we have to use .ini files to train SB now. So it means I have to create an ini file for each platform. That's a titan job... no way I can do this

The intent of the contact form poster for Scrapebox was for the user to train up the contact forms that they want to submit to. This works great if you have 1 or 2 contact form types etc.. Or your niche uses a standardized form(s) etc.. If you want to post to 37 different types of forms, that would be a large task to train all those forms.

The ini files are much more powerful and versatile then the old learning mode poster addon, so thats the good news. However it will take a lot of time to train the forms.

If you buy gsa website contact it comes pretrained on all the forms it can submit to and thus really what you are paying for is the time for them to train the forms plus some custom features that are specifically setup for contact form posting. So its time vs dollars. Can scrapebox do it, yes, will it take you more time yes.

Also something worth noting is that gsa website contact can handle some times of recaptcha and scrapebox supports basic image captcha, which may work with old recaptcha, but not with the new ones. I do not have a really great comparison chart though for hte types of recaptcha and scrapebox vs gsa.

Thank you much Loopline you are always on point and of great help. You're righy about time=$$$.
I'll certainly go the GSA route for my project since I don't know in advance the type of forms I will encounter as I scrape contact pages randomly on the web. They have a trial so I will use it and decide.
Thanks again guys

I tried GSA but it shows pop-ups for certains urls and we have to manually check some boxes so it is not as automatic as I want. They are investigating this bug right now.
@loopline, I'm going to make a test with SB and WP platforms since they are the more commonly used. mate if I don't use proxies, do you know if I run the risk to be banned from submitting forms on WP like I could be banned by akismet when commenting, is there the same risk? thanks

It will be far worse then that.

If you don't use proxies for posting, then if there is any complaints your ISP will take them. I did this by accident about 10 years ago. I got a notice from my ISP that if I didn't stop that they would refuse to sell my internet access. So no proxies when posting = any complaints go to your ISP = they may stop selling you internet = means you have no internet access you have no way to make money online...

BAD!

Always use proxies, even if its only 1 private proxy -assuming 1 will support your max simultanous connections you want to use, you can ask your provider what thier max simultanous connections limit is.

But there is only 1 thing that REQUIRES proxies in scrapebox and thats posting. Unless you dont' care about the internet. ;)

Oh man it can escalate to this really... wow that's shoking.
Thanks for the heads up I will take this into account for sure, losing my internet access is the last thing I want.
Since it just consists in posting message to different websites do you think using public proxies is fine?
I don't really see the need of private proxies here since websites don't have any link between them. If someone complains about the message then they will flag the public proxy that's no big deal. I'd rather lose a public proxy than a private one. Do you think it's ok ? thanks again for all your help :)

And subsidiary question if you don't mind, I have a nordvpn account can I use it with SB for this posting job ?
I don't know if their windows app is recognized by SB.
thanks !

Public proxies will shoot your success rate in the foot. But for posting even 1 private proxies is fine. You can use public proxies you will just have a hard time of it is all.

You won't lose a private proxy. I mean the providers know you do this. So they will just say "oh well we fired that user" to the complainer. But in reality they are just going to swap out the ip that got the complaint with a new one and keep moving. Or they will totally just ignore the complaint. Its not illegal, just no one likes to deal with complaints is all.

yes you can use a VPN for posting with scrapebox and that would work just fine.

Thank you loopline I know everything now to make a test thanks to all the informations you gave me, I'll use my vpn. Good success to you my friend you are sharing very valuable informations I wish I can help you in return some day.

@loopline, I don't exactly get how it works, you said SB can already post to WP forms but I can't see how it can do this since you can only enter 4 fields in SB : name, email, subject, message. How can you post to websites that have other fields like zipcode, gender, town, phone #, etc...

The 4 SB preset fields are clearly not enough since the majority of websites have more than those to fill. I've ran a test batch and as expected I got almost 100% failure.

I've looked at the WPcontact.ini file and saw it is very light. Maybe I have to add all the missing fields there? (phone, zip, etc) how to do this, and after that how do I make use of those new fields since SB only show 4 fields to modify.

Well it's a bit mixed in my mind for the moment... If you can help I'd be very glad.

But for posting even 1 private proxies is fine.

I'm about to start doing some mass contact form submissions, and I'm wondering if 1 private proxy is actually bad practice due to spam filtering services like Akismet. I've been looking around and there doesn't seem to be much information on the subject. Akismet claims to protect your site from contact form spam by checking "submissions against their global database of spam." So, are they keeping tabs on the number of recent submissions from the same IP? Are they tracking submissions that are textually identical? I assume they are scanning for suspicious words like viagra/cialis/casino/etc.

Do you know anything about contact form spam filitering services like this Loopline? What are the best ways to bypass this?

You have to "hard code" the response for the other fields in the ini

like

field name=response

Sure, I mean more is better, and you can really only use 10 connections with 1 proxy anyway, but I was just saying the minimum.

The rest of that is really a thread unto its own and I am always trying to improve this. But no I do not specifically know what elments akismet tracks. All of the above may be the answer.

Yep I know I have to add the field in the ini but once done how can I enter all the values for this field since it won't appear in SB among the 4 other fields ... You can only enter the values for Name Message Subject and Email .

I don't know if I am explaining clearly enough sorry for my English, I can post pic if needed

To precise my comment above : I am using the form poster. Should I use the fast poster instead after having created the ini ? (The one we usually use to comment on blogs)

You "enter" the information directly into the ini. So you have to literally paste the info you want to use in the ini. You can seperate multiple entries with a pipe key. So if you wanted to use 1 of 2 phone numbers randmoly and your entering a phone you put this in the ini

phone=111-111-1111|222-222-2222

Fast poster and contact form poster are literally the same code. So it won't help you to use fast poster, it will just make it more complicated for the same end result.

Ok i'll continue using the form poster, then what do I do with the txt files I have to upload, do I just ignore them and SB will take all the data from the ini (names , emails , message, and subject)?

You can upload text files for the 5 boxes that are in scrapebox and those 5 boxes are linked to specific tokens.

Or well 4 are linked to

%rnd-name% Returns a random name from the file ~cpn.txt. Spintax allowed.
%rnd-email% Returns a random email from the file ~cpe.txt Spintax allowed.
%rnd-website% Returns a random website from the file ~cpw.txt Spintax allowed.
%rnd-comment% Returns a random comment from the file ~cpc.txt Spintax allowed.

and the 5th is just the list of targets, like the list of contact form urls.

Any time you want to put in data with a field in the ini that is not linked to one of the above tokens you put that data manually directly in the ini file.

Does that make sense?
