Youtube Ranking help!

Hello,
I really don't understand youtube....Back in 2017 I uploaded a video about minecraft hacks (At the time I monetized it with a PPI network) and it made 90k views without any views botting, and the account was created about 1h before I uploaded the video.
Now I just started doing CPA + Youtube and I would like to know how to rank my video properly. I uploaded my video on an aged account and I tried buying a few k views from qqtube (dot) com (2+ min retention) but now my video is not making any other views or conversions...

...back in 2017 we sold uHR views for 0.15/k ... and back on 2006 we used toolbars auto-refresh to push a video to the #1 trending list on YouTube... those times are long gone.

on 2020 it's harder to rank but not impossible, the panel above is great but you should check other types of views they offer that may help you, also read here on BHW about CPA+livestreams ranking methods
but keep in mind that not every channel is capable for ranking, i really hope that your channel able to rank, good luck!

Their had been so many updates from YouTube in these years and thus what worked in past does not work anymore.
