Selfie verification after buy ad?

I read some time ago that accounts buying ads are more likely to be verified. Although it seemed strange to me, it really is.

I create some new fb accounts a week ago and i use one account to create page and bought a few ads - then I got a selfie verification. Why is this happening? ... and how to advertise on fb without verification?

yesterday i launched a new Ad and got prompted with Phone Verification first...and then asked for a clear image of myself...took a selfie and sent it


Just so you know my facebook personal is real, with my real photos, family and friends

and my Business Managers are legit, we are a marketing agency

Been waiting for 18 hours and I'm freaking out even tho i did nothing wrong

Do they re-nable legit accounts? My personal account is disabled not permanently banned but have not received a reply from facebook. It's been over a month.
