I have a multilingual website. The homepage is in English, and there are eight other pages in different languages.
There is a widget sitting on my footer, with flags and d0follow links to each of them. It is auto-generated by the "Polylang" Wordpress plugin.
No other sidebars. No links on the head. No main menu. Just content and a footer with the links mentioned.
The home page has contextual links to all other pages. It is oneway. None of the pages is linking back (except footer) to the homepage or any other translated page.
Is it a good idea to:
a) Leave it as is (first image)
b) Create a "link wheel" linking only one page to another (Option No1)
c) Link from every page to home and all other pages (Option No2)
I am talking about links in the content, not other sidebars or something.
Thanks.
