Hi, I have purchased the elite plan on 5 Sep 2019 and been promised to deliver within 14 days. But only received the domain name, Fanpage and instagram account with a few posts. No reply on skype since 18 Dec. If it can't be delivered in these few days, i would like to request a refund.

One design print on sweaters, t-shirts, hoodies with 3 colors that means 9 products? I think less than 20 designs with the 102 products.
