I would like to know when I will see results cuz after 10 days nothing changed with my traffic. Maybe it's too early to say something but I spent money to see results and I want to see results.

@Unrealworld A quick competition analysis of your keyword tells me your keyword is Very Hard. Ahrefs has given it a Difficulty score of 48 i.e. Hard. Literally all results in top 10 are high DR sites above 60-70. These are very high authority sites and the actual pages from these sites which are ranking are not weak either and have loads of referring domains.
The other fundamental mistake you are making is targetting your homepage with bunch of excerpts. I don't see a single homepage ranking like that in top 20. Google is ranking a proper inner page with content that is actually matching the search intent. Hence the reason your page is ranking nowhere at all.
I would advise you to work on your keyword selection and keep user intent in mind. Google itself shows what it wants to rank so its best we give what Google wants. I have messaged you on Skype if you need further assistance.
