Namesilo deactivated my domain without any notice

Namesilo deactivated my domain without any prior notice or email. This was a 4 years old domain name top 10 review site that was running fine from 4 years. I Lost all my hard work and revenue.

1. I don't have any brand name in my domain name
2. It was a simple top 10 review site
3. I have written over 1000 articles in the past 4 years on it and all were written by my team of writers.
4. I am not violating their any TOS.
5. My website was hacked before 2 month ago and hackers added some adware to my website but i removed them when received a complaint by hosting company.

So, what should I do now? Should I move all my other over 100 domains from namesilo? Who is the best choice when moving from namesilo?

No advance notice ? But, after domain deactivated, did you receive an email about this from them ? I would suggest you contact their support.

This is a very unprofessional act from their part. Also, there seems no valid reason either why should they deactivate your domain. You should immediately contact their support and get back your domain. And if you don't get an expected reply from their part, you should consult a lawyer regarding this matter.

Yes without any notice and email. I dint receive any email before and after domain deactivated. the website is currently offline from 3-4 days. I tried to chat and they said "The domain has been deactivated on the ground of breach of our terms and conditions. If you think this is a mistake, please contact [email protected]".
But i didn't find any reason on my domain name and content.

Now am waiting for their support email.

You should immediately contact their support and get back your domain. And if you don't get an expected reply from their part, you should consult a lawyer regarding this matter.

Check the domain status in whois. If is not blocked by ICANN rules, then move it to another registrar. Ask for EPP key or try to enter it at another registrar, so you can move it.

The first step you should do, is to get rid of Wordpress, ASAP. Wordpress comes with an army of bots waiting to get in. Either if you move the domains to other registrars, rules are the same. If you spam with your domain name or use it for other attacks, you get the domain suspended.

NO, its not blocked by ICANN Rules, its deactivated by namesilo.

I'm with them for more than 8 years and never faced any issue but this time its strange.

Just ask. It could be a DMCA complaint you may have received in your inbox. Do you have your registrar info updated? It's impossible that they deactivated it, unless there is a mistake on their systems (that obviously can always happen).

As half-hundred have already suggested you, contact them and ask.

If you are facing a DMCA complaint, just fix it and care to have your registrar info updated at least the email. I've lost domains because of using fake data and not knowing this.
