Insomnia. What r u up to

I have insomnia from coffee. All my friends sleep so i have no one to talk to. Yeah well i have only one friend but i thought it sounds better if i write "all" instead

What are you guys up to? Im doing links and writing content everyday. Im also resiloing my website because it was done poorly. After i finish i think my ux will get better. Unfortunately this takes a lot of time. I dont know when if ever ill finish. Also i dont earn anything on adsense, but i heard about ezoic, is it good?

By the way, try not to drink coffee at night, it might help you avoid insomnia (just a thought).

1- don't drink coffee before bed.
2- rub one out .. still have energy? rub another one .. still have energy? rub another one ..

I also had a lot of sleep problems, but lately it seems I can fall asleep in 20-30 minutes after I go to bed.

I tried most of the stuff on the internet, but nothing worked tbh. Taking hot showers, and that type off stuff.

However, I saw a comment a month ago on Reddit for the same topic we're discussing right now and here's what it says.

Before I used to watch movies on my laptop, scroll the phone and do a lot of stuff on my bed. When I stopped doing that, my sleep system got improved 100%.

Everyone try that out, please. I know not being able to sleep is a huge problem.
