I am developer myself and have seen many developers and work with developers who have more than 8 years industry experience but they all have common thing they produce shit they do not care to solve client problem but want to complete task in such way that they get paid soon.
How you work ? Do you believe in solving problems or completing just tasks ?
Can you handle complex logics that can blow anyone's mind in seconds ?
Do you do flutter apps ?
I already have two jr developer in my team but their productivity is not good.
I always flooded with projects and want some one who can finish the Job on time with high quality and offcours low rates as you are not sourcing and handling clients you have to be reasonable.

Thanks for the message, well we not only solve problem but we go beyond that and help and guide client on how to do proper use of the site and get best out of it. Also we provide support to client for free for at least 3 months from the site launch (this shows we are not shitty company who will run away with money), I also handle direct clients so I know how to manage them and deliver 100% so that they return to us and also recommend us to others.
