I've been trying to create new accounts lately, and the majority have been restricted within days upon creation. This is prior to any activity (adding connections, posts, or filling out profile), but subsequent to successful creation of the account.
Does anyone know what process LinkedIn uses to detect new/duplicate accounts? I've tried permutations of the following:
VPN (OpenVPN, StealthVPN, OpenWeb)
Different hardware (Laptops, desktops, tablets)
Different physical IPs (Coffee shops, different cities)
Different Google Voice, etc. phone verification
Edit: This is with manual process so far.
