Was wondering what the most effective way to test creatives was.
I was thinking of creating a campaign with just 1 adset, and putting all my different creative variations onto that. Like different thumbnails, first 3 seconds, scripts, copy, headlines, etc.
Or should i user a cheaper campaign like PPE/Video view to test stats cheaper, i feel like that would give me wrong data because the audience is different and acts different from a purchase campaign audience.
Any other data i should look at besides CTR%, CPC, and AVG watch time? Thanks.

I would suggest sticking to 1 campaign, 1 adset, and multiple ads/creatives. I just find it helps keep everything more organized and easier to manage, especially when you get a lot of ads on the go.

Good luck with your dropshipping journey!

Thanks for the help! Do i think i should target PPE/Views with that campaign for cheaper data? Or would it be bad quality data and i should stick to purchase conversion?

What stats should i aim for? Right now i have around 1% CTR, Avg watch time of 4 seconds on a 25 second video. Pretty bad lol

No problem, happy to help :)

I would just stick to purchase conversions. In my experience doing the whole testing with PPE first is a waste of time. The data you will get from the PPC campaign will be just as good if not better.

And yikes - 4 second average watch on a 25 second video is pretty bad lol. There's definitely something that's turning people off right away, or it could be how your copy is worded. I would go back to the drawing board and maybe come up with a few different videos that you can A/B test with and go from there.
