Were you able to find a tool. I've been searching for something similar myself. Now way these guys on Fiverr are doing this by hand.

There is no software to auto-submit Citation. There are some tips. You can use Robo Form to fill all the forms at just one click and Open multiple sites at once (10-15 sites at same time). Rest you will have to do manually or get the service from BrightColor or any other reputed company.

Pm me please link to the software. I still doubt that there is some kind of software. Maybe for 50 popular citations, but for 100+ that would mean that someone automatized every single citation separately.
