Money site on Expired domain

I am planning to build a money site on an expired domain.

(A) Does getting AdSense approval is tough on expired domain?

(B)What compulsory matrics should you suggest for the expired domain ?

(A) Exactly the same as any other domain, makes no difference if it is an expired domain or not.

Getting Adsense on an expired is the same as a new domain so no issue there ,
As far as metrics are concerned go for relevancy 1st .
I would rather use a weaker 100% relevant domain than a ultra power domain that is from a different niche.

Personally I like buying aged sites with little to no links .

Not like that but you have to check the domain before buying.

There is No spam backlinks (Chinese or Adult or Casino), Check way back history, domain history, relevant signals and more...

I found a good expired domain. Good DA, no spam, good way back.
But way back showing domain content and it's backlinks are in French Language.

Will it be good idea to make a money site in English on that domain.

Keep the niche the same as the previous site niche.
If the domain was used for a cooking recipe site, then keep it as something similar, don't go for something totally different( such as insurance and finance services ), based just on the domain metrics.
