the format on upload seem a bit different I mean the layout.

There’s a classic upload button by the top right I believe if you want the old format, but yes they changed up some stuff due to COPPA (child protection shit)

COPPA Is changing a lot of YouTube's processes, I think it's just something we're going to have to deal with.
