Are you into KDP low content too? I already have that, but I prefer Book Bolt more. They have released about 100 new interiors recently, and most of them are free for people that don't have a subscription.

Yes. I'm into it I started around August 2019. And I have a total of 800 books live for now. I started to follow your journey last month and I have purchased the add on you recommended for mandala and it's working perfectly.

very low earnings for amount you spend on it i think. 2k+ books for 80$ a month? and how much have you spend on illustrators? maybe buying a few reviews right after uploading would be a good idea to increase sales, and how does your description, title and keywords look like, maybe could improve on that aswell

I did exactly what the op did only with trademarked materials.

So for example the op might create a fantasy journal, i would do the game of thrones fantasy journal.

As i said previously, eventually the account gets banned, but you can make a few thousand $ before that happens.

But i used createspace and they paid monthly, now it has been rolled into kdp you have to wait 2 months to get paid, so the risk increases.

Yeah getting that sales dropping from 20 a day to 0 after christmas i hope every thing get back on track so we scale up a bit

Royalties: $149.33 (+$61.56)
Books live: 444 (+0)
Best selling product: coloring book with 42 sales in total (you can go through my posts in the thread and guess which one it is)
Best performing market: US with 84%
Second best: CA with 8.8%

I expected more out of the UK market for December, but only 4.1% of sales came from there.

Books live: 2402 (+241)
Best selling product: a simple lined journal with a cover about teachers with 52 sales in total
Best performing market: US with 70.8%
Second best: UK with 20.5%

530 books live and 4 sales is indeed not a lot, but difficult to say if you're missing something with this level of info.

It could be related to your titles, subtitles, keywords you're using, your designs, price-setting, description, level of competition.. just to name a few..

Im trying to understand amazon algho i have never worked in amazon this is my first time
Now im at 580 live .. still trying different niches to know what works .. my be the quality of my designs in not good ..
I keep trying niches with less than 1000 results and good bsr in first page
10 designs / niche
If didnt get 8 sales this month i will ask some to take a look at what i am doing .. to guide me ..

I think he means the mandala creator. It's an addon for illustrator to create these kind of images

I do both, I test niches and I do keyword research. For keywords I use BookBolt which has some great modules about it, and their extension called KDP spy for diving deeper into niches.
