So yesterday i made a brand new store, great product is high ticket around 60 euro and it is a problem solving product!
Made some ads on google search, on google shopping the products are pending! The store looks amazing

Most E-commerce owners are bluffers. I've been threatened by a lawsuit before and it never happened.
Most of these guys can barely pay for their Shopify store, let alone file a lawsuit.
Their margins are so low they need to threaten stores that barely competes with them.
The lesson you learned is: never be lazy and just rewrite the product descriptions.
Closing your store was just an overreaction.

I know some guys on ebay suing everyone who is using their description or product pictures...and they get serious cash from this. Its in Germany tho.

this is bad, I doubt they earn a lot selling their products? This is why they go around see which competitor can sue and one shot earn a lot rather than selling products?

I don't really know. They are some big online shops with thousands of reviews, so I guess they earn a lot already.

Yes, it is more than possible to cash out, especially for product pictures. There are companies, where their sole job is to 'protect photographers' and if you don't have a license for a photo you stole off of Google, you can pay upwards to 100's per photo. But, most of the time, it is all bullshit, especially for a single product description. Unless the OP copied every description from their collection and product page.
But, most small business owners don't want to deal with going through with a lawsuit and would rather fearmonger the competing store into giving in. It will cost more for the lawsuit than it is worth - especially when the offender store is most likely a drop shipper that bought into the Shopify dream. E-commerce margins are so low on Shopify for most of these E-commerce brands that you'll be surprised how little money they have when it is all said and done.

Yes you are right. He was doing $2000- $3000 daily sales.
So dropshiping is okay with paypal? I stopped my project midway after seeing that thread.
