Your pole is pointless.

If you just create the links on the profile page and do nothing else you will not get as much out of them as those that use them to pass juice by bookmarking them, link spamming them etc. after they are created.

If you create 200 bookmarks to your profile link it will have greater worth than just creating the profile.

If you do nothing at all to get them indexed they will have no use to you and you might as well quit.

with that said it will depend what you do with the profile after the fact to determine if they are any good.

dont take this the wrong way the person that said no, but based on my explanation in this post, you suck, not the link.

I disagree. If you use just the profile link and nothing else, it will help your site rank better, how couldn't it? A link is better than no link. Angela's links should work (I've used some but most of hers get flooded/killed and it is easy to find your own similar ones), I have used my own style and have managed to get websites to rank on page 1 and usually in the top 5 positions and usually top 1 - 3. Of course it depends on the keyword you are aiming for but any link is better than no link (I am not talking about bad neighbourhood links here).
