The service took 20 days. Don't expect this type of service to take overnight. And honestly, you don't want it to. These backlinking services take time. 20 days was absolutely fine and expected.

The group did a great job communicating with me on the service. They notified me when the information was received and when it was ready. I didn't have any questions but I expect that they would be helpful if needed.

Quality: A
As proof of service, I was sent a spreadsheet with live links to each of the posts. There are 5 types of links provided: Contextual Links, Article Sharing, Q&A Links, BIO Links, and Social Sharing Links. This is a really great diversity of links. Hard to find this type of diversity. I checked the links and they are all still live. Writing quality varies depending on the type of site but totally fine.

I'm big on the report supplied. I love looking and checking the quality of the service. The spreadsheet was well organized and helped out a lot with the types of links supplied. For the price, I think I will be buying this service to get the full sweet of links. Easy buy in my mind. Seller provided me a unique hand-written article(Great to see that he didn't use spinning article). He shared that article two other article sharing sites. He used the "Generic" word to link back my site.
The most impressive part of this service was the Q&A. Seller selected a question(or created question from the different accounts), which is directly related to my site. Then, answered(60-100 Words) that question with my website link.
I got 10 profile links as well. Seller selected high-authority sites to created those links. I love this part very much. Because I know most of these links will index(My VA create this kind links).
Seller also shared twitter and Pinterest my website link.

The links have a nice diversity to them. At the time of writing, only two of the links have been indexed but that will come with time.

Summary: This is a good service. Be aware of the TAT for this, as it does take some time (as advertised) but this does allow for the creation of the links to be spread out, which looks more natural to Google.
