You just got a good suggestion above to make $100+ a pop using Github - that's pretty much problem solved right there.
But also if it's for a uni project don't they give you funding of some sort if you need it, or have resources you can use, or not require to you to do something costing $300 if you can't afford it?

For all those reading including OP:
no one get s loans out of "need", you can realy only get a loan if you have collateral (property, assets, etc), or you have a successful business/income to support the repayment. Loans arent to help you thats what a lot of people miss, loans are to scale already successful businesses or acquire assets (where the asset is collateral like a car or mortgage on a house)
Next if you dont have time to work you dont have to time for this business once you acquire $300.
Next you say you dont have time to work and microworkers will take forever, too bad, are you just never going to work lol? May as well start now. If it takes a year who cares, if you dont, a year from now you still wont have $300. May as well have it in a year than not.
Read around the forum and find a way to make something, experiment, if youre idea is worth it then the time/effort whatever it is required will be worth it, otherwise, its not really worth it to you, self reflect and gain perspective.
As far as living in Tunisia yea people need to understand in a lot of the world you cant just get loans etc. Even here in the USA with a job loans are hard to come by.

This is not the best way to convince anybody here to give you $300.
Try a freelancing platform like Upwork and showcase your talent. You can earn $300 there pretty quickly if you sell/promote yourself the right way.
