The article itself wasn't written by a native English speaker and wasn't one I'd use on a Tier 1 site. It read like a very awkward translation. But looking at the original post description here, the OP has said that all article packages may include a small percentage that are not written by native English speakers, so I'm not too worried. If ordering a package of articles, most would probably be as high quality as others are suggesting.

Received my order! I am REALLY surprised at the quality of the articles, it actually surpasses 95% of the articles from writers coming from BHW. I'm not kidding!

I didn't bother to check whether this was a spun content, since this is the price I am paying for per article. But it was really well researched and obviously proofread to the end. When I mean well-researched, let's just say you requested an article about the chemical formula of ice cream - the writer actually go really in depth on that formula.

I'm gonna place more orders for this as filler contents for my money site that I am working on!
