i think going stelth on everythink safer and offsure .

i dont think a description will lead to a court case and will cost thousands in fees .

there no way a judge can say a description and products can not be same as others .

impossable .

easly 50% / 70% chance many description and products are the same online without even knowing eachover (( just happends )) .

Seriously we have people in india literally scamming us out of thousands of dollars, we know where the call centers are and who does it, and we cant do a thing lol. No one is suing you over $10, certainly not over the internet, brb the internet courts lol

the only thing to watch out for would be if you were in a tier 1 country sure and had all your stuff legit not hidden. Even then, most threats are empty. People even get lawyers to send official looking document/letters and people get duped all the time into paying fees etc.

he is in the same country, i'm a dropshipper and he to. And everything is legal so they know where i live. But i told them i deleted it so i hope i won't hear from them again

All you gotta do is reupload another image and change the description thats it

you should sign back in and reopen your site dude. You can't be afraid of small shit like that if you want to be successful

So today I received a DMCA Takedown Notice
mail from Shopify.

The point was that I stole descriptions from a dropshipper. 2 hours later I also received a message from the seller and he threatened that I had to remove it and 500 euros a day fine if I do not remove.

I don't know if I should take that threat seriously ..
So I went crazy, and I deleted my shopify store and my business email and my company.

They are right, but it is just a description and I had changed it a little bit but well.

I don't know if people have experience with this.

I just started 3 months ago and don't know everything. Almost made me the first $ 1000 in sales.

I am very proud of myself that I have come a long way, but deep down I am really sad that it went like this.

An online business is my dream, and in business I really got to know myself better. That you really have to be patient and that you have to have a plan and that you have to do everything step by step and not in a hurry. My goal is to make 2000 $ A month by June 1. I hope I will make it .. But for now I will take a break
