Monetize traffic from France

Hi,

I got a website where I generate 600 000 page views per month with 200 000 visitors. 90% of them comes from France. It is a political website. I would like to ask you your best advices for a case like this. Are there better ad networks than others for political content? Better ad networks for France in particular?
I also got an email list of 1450 subscribers but as I heard it though to monetize this type of traffic with affiliate marketing(books in Amazon gives 1$ per sale).

I tried PopAds and Propeller Ads(only their popunder ads) and WordAds for now. I am in the process of trying Google Ads and Infolinks.

If you can afford your traffic for survey..BOOM,

Traffic from that country pay higher
